Pay the $350 registration fee to secure your student's spot. This covers the registration, two academy shirts, and a hat. Registration is processed through Momence.

• Create or log in to your Momence account
• Select the Bola Prep Academy Registration 2026-2027 product
• Enter student information and payment details
• You will receive a confirmation email upon completion

After registration, complete the full enrollment through Pomona Unified School District's online portal. This connects your student-athlete to our WASC-accredited academic program through SEEO Charter School.

• Go to enroll.pusd.org and create an account with your personal email
• Step 1: Fill out household address, phone, and LCFF information
• Step 2: Add new student - complete all required fields (yellow-shaded)
• Step 3: Add primary / legal guardian information
• Step 4: Add emergency contacts (all individuals authorized for release)
• Step 5: Finalize enrollment and submit - then schedule your school appointment

After submitting your online enrollment, you will need to bring required documents to finalize your student's enrollment in person. Prepare these in advance.

• Proof of residency (utility bill, lease, or official mail)
• Student birth certificate or passport
• Immunization records
• Most recent report card or academic transcripts
• IEP or 504 Plan if applicable

Once both the registration and enrollment steps are complete, reach out to confirm your student's start date and first-day details. Our team will walk you through what to expect on day one.
