You should not have to choose between your season and your development. The Spring Series runs twice per week with a later session on game days so you can compete and still train.

This is not a workout class. This is a 12-week system designed to make you a more dangerous athlete by the time showcases, playoffs, and summer recruiting hit.

Weeks 1 – 4

Strength Development

Build the base. Progressive loading and increased volume lock in movement patterns and develop the raw strength that every other athletic quality depends on.

Weeks 5 – 8

Advanced Strength

Raise the ceiling. Heavier loads, complex movement patterns, and higher intensity work push you past previous limits and build the kind of strength that translates to your sport.

Weeks 9 – 12

Power & Speed

Turn strength into explosiveness. Contrast methods, plyometric progressions, and competition-ready preparation so you peak when it counts most.

College-Level

  • Data-Driven Results
    Tested at weeks 4, 8, and 12 using VALD Force Decks and Smartspeed timing gates. Numbers do not lie. You will see exactly what improved and by how much.
  • Small Group Coaching
    Groups are capped at 8-10 athletes. Every rep gets coached. You are not watching a demonstration on a screen or waiting in line for equipment.
  • Periodized Programming
    Linear undulating periodization, the same methodology used by D1 strength staffs and professional organizations. Not random workouts. A system.
  • Recruitable Numbers
    Assessment data from professional-grade equipment gives you objective performance metrics that college coaches understand and respect.
