Every session is built on a plan. No random workouts. No guessing. You show up, you work, and you walk out faster, stronger, and more explosive than when you walked in.

Weeks 1 – 4

Strength Development

Build the foundation. Increased volume and progressive loading teach your body to handle more while locking in proper movement patterns. This is where gains start.

Weeks 5 – 8

Advanced Strength

Push the ceiling higher. Heavier loads, complex movements, and increased intensity take the strength you built in Phase 1 and make it count when it matters.

Weeks 9 – 12

Power & Speed

Turn strength into speed. Explosive training, contrast methods, and competition-ready preparation so you show up to tryouts, showcases, and games at your absolute best.

This Is Not
A Regular Gym

  • Data-Driven Results
    Every athlete gets tested at weeks 4, 8, and 12 using VALD Force Decks and Smartspeed timing gates. You will see exactly how much faster and stronger you got. No guessing.
  • Small Group Training
    Groups are capped at 8-10 athletes. Every rep gets coached. Every set gets watched. You are not a number in a crowded class.
  • Periodized Programming
    The program follows linear undulating periodization, the same approach used by college and professional strength coaches. Every week is planned with a purpose.
